Little Red Riding Hood Equipment I & II (2005)

The collar/object is made out of a children's book. The bag/object out of a children's book and fabric.
Metamorphology is the project for the summer break between the 1st and the 2nd year at the Royal College of Art. The brief for summer 2005 was to transform an everyday object into a piece of jewellery or a decorative object. This project can be funny, mad and different from the usual character of the personal work. Something like thinking outside the box.
Thanks to Oxfam for providing me with second hand children's books to make Little Red Riding Hood's equipment of it. The initial idea of LRRHE inspired my final MA collection, therefore, fun was of great use!
